Pillar 2: Money, contribution and value & how to stop underearning — Our thoughts about money drive everything from how much we make to what’s in our bank accounts. In this module, Adri helps you uncover and change your money beliefs so you can change your relationship with money forever. Transform your financial life like never before. If you want to improve your finances, you have to change the way you think about money.

Pillar 3: How to feel better — Discover how we use one simple tool to stop needless suffering, feel better, AND understand why we sometimes do things that are against our best interests.

Pillar 4: How to stop buffering — You know when a video won’t load, and you get that spinning circle? That’s buffering. Humans do this, too. It looks like overusing food, alcohol, Netflix, social media, etc., to distract ourselves. It leaves us spinning in circles with distraction rather than taking action toward the life we want. Adri will unpack it all and how to stop buffering in this  module.

  1. Part A: How to have better relationships with other humans—Humans are social beings, yet so much suffering comes from our interactions with others. Join Adri as she walks you through the Manual, a life-changing tool that will guide you to more peaceful and loving relationships regardless of what the other person does. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, see difficult conversations as opportunities for growth, and open yourself up to being 100% lovable.
  2. Part B: Learn to love yourself deeply – Learn how to consciously choose your purpose and distil it down to a single sentence. Identify who you’ll need to be to fulfil it and create strategies to overcome obstacles along the way. Discover the authentic you, make a decision to commit to your purpose and impact the world. And from here learn to get rid of the negative self talk.

Pillar 6: Recapture 5 hours of time fast and make more time — While everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, not everyone uses those 24 hours to their best advantage. Adri will show you how to think about and plan your time so that you can unlock new levels of productivity. Unlock more time, energy and productivity in your life and business.
